Course Description: This 4 contact hour course provides students with in-depth instruction on the requirements of NFPA 72, Chapter 14, Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance as well as Chapter 7, Documentation.  The course dedicates time to navigating the code and determining inspection and testing requirements for fire alarm systems.

Course Objectives: Upon completion of this course, the qualified individual will be able to properly identify inspection and testing requirements of all fire alarm components and equipment.  After identifying inspection and testing requirements, the student will also be able to identify the documentation required to close out the inspection or testing.
