Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

Live Courses

The fees for live courses are refundable or you may transfer the class to another person under the following conditions:

       31+ days from the live course – 100% refund or transferable to another person

    21 – 30 days from the live course – 80% refund or transferable to another person

    7 – 20 days from the live course – 60% refund or transferable to another person

    1 – 6 days from the live course – no refund, but transferable to another person

 

Requesting a refund – if requesting a refund, please send us a scanned or pdf letter with your printed name and signature to admin@continuum-fire.com.  Once we receive the refund request letter, we will contact you by phone or by the e-mail address you used to register to verify the refund request.  Once everything is verified, we will arrange to give you a refund.

 

Transferring registration – the person you transfer the course registration to must attend the same course you are scheduled to attend.  If transferring your registration to another person, please send us a scanned or pdf letter containing the name of the person who will attend the course in your place, along with your printed name and signature to admin@continuum-fire.com.  Once we receive the transfer request letter, we will contact you by phone or by the e-mail address you used to register to verify the transfer request.

 

While we do not anticipate having to do so, Continuum Fire Protection Training, L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule our live courses at any time.  If we must reschedule a course, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the situation and propose an alternate date.  We will issue a full refund if the alternate date is not agreeable to you.

 

In the event Continuum Fire Protection Training, L.L.C. cancels a course, we will provide you with a 100% refund.

 

In all cases, if the original registered client does not show up for a course which he or she paid for AND the client did not send a completed and signed transfer request to Continuum Fire Protection Training, L.L.C. prior to the start of the course, we will not issue a refund.

 

If the original registered client does not send us a completed and signed transfer request letter, but a third party shows up to attend the course in the original registered client’s place, we will not honor the substitution/transfer.  In no case will we “take someone’s word for it.”

 

Media Products

There are no returns or refunds on Continuum Fire Protection Training, L.L.C. media products.  This includes DVDs, videos, workbooks, study guides, and/or any other product which is delivered through digital or physical means either directly to the address provided by the client(s), through our website, or through the website of a third party.

If mistakes or defects are found in the products, please contact us and let us know the details of any issues there are with the product(s).

If we, in our sole discretion, determine that the product(s) we provided is defective or lacking vital and essential information, we may decide to send an updated product at no cost to the client(s).  Each instance will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
